This place is conveniently located right across the road from the main rail station, making it extremely easy to access. The excellent public transport system is right at your doorstep, allowing you to explore nearby towns with ease. The staff here are friendly and helpful, making you feel warmly welcomed. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The complimentary travel card provided by the hotel was a great bonus, allowing me to travel around the city without any additional costs. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated right across the central rail station, easy to travel around Basel. I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a free mobility card for public transportation in Basel and to the airport. This was a great perk and saved me money on transportation during my trip. the 24-hour desk was a bonus as I had to check out early in the morning to catch my flight.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the lack of tourist information available at the hotel. When I inquired about places to visit and specific locations, I was directed to the tourism office at the railway station.

we enjoyed location and rooms here, every detail needed for our weekend was provided. within walking distance of interesting places, because a tram stop was near the hotel.

The hotel even offered underground parking for those traveling by car. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

The transportation options available were excellent, with buses from the airport stopping just outside the hotel and trams available right outside as well.
