This place is conveniently located right across the road from the main rail station, making it extremely easy to access. The excellent public transport system is right at your doorstep, allowing you to explore nearby towns with ease. The staff here are friendly and helpful, making you feel warmly welcomed. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The complimentary travel card provided by the hotel was a great bonus, allowing me to travel around the city without any additional costs. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated right across the central rail station, which made it incredibly easy to travel around Basel. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a free mobility card for public transportation in Basel and to the airport. This was a great perk and saved me money on transportation during my trip. Furthermore, the 24-hour desk was a bonus as I had to check out early in the morning to catch my flight.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the lack of tourist information available at the hotel. When I inquired about places to visit and specific locations, I was directed to the tourism office at the railway station.
